Wed WI

The Wednesday Weigh In should be called the Wednesday Whine. The two pounds I lost last week came back! EEK!
This is me, eating salad. This is me, walking farther, faster, and at a steeper incline. This is me pressing on.


  1. Guess we're playing pound tag. Rats! Next week it will be my turn for the gain. LOL Yup, keep at it. I think it's just he body's way of rebelling
